Herman Hintzen appointed to Supervisory Board of ASR Nederland N.V.
An Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting has appointed Herman Hintzen as a member of the Supervisory Board of ASR Nederland N.V. Mr Hintzen will take up his supervisory duties as of 1 January 2016.
Herman Hintzen (60) has fulfilled various management, advisory and supervisory roles at internationally operating financial institutions. In his latest position, Mr Hintzen worked for UBS Investment Bank in London, where he was active as a senior advisor responsible for financial institutions (with a particular focus on insurers) in Europe since 2012. Earlier in his career, he worked at J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and as an advisor for APG Investments. Mr Hintzen has chaired the Supervisory Board of Amlin Europe N.V. since February 2009.

Now that Herman Hintzen has been appointed, the Supervisory Board of ASR Nederland N.V. will have four members again on 1 January 2016, namely:

- Annet Aris
- Herman Hintzen
The Dutch Central Bank (DNB) has approved Mr Hintzen’s appointment.
