New appointments in ASR management board

Summary

​The ASR Nederland Executive Board has appointed several new managing directors. The appointments match ASR's policy to enable personal and professional development at a managerial level.

​Per 1 January 2011 Marcel van der Meulen, currently managing director of IT, will succeed Willem van der Vorm as managing director of Pensions. Guido Horst, currently managing director of SOS International, will succeed Marcel van der Meulen at IT per 1 January.

Jolanda Hillebrand-Tijhuis has been appointed managing director of the Communications department as of 1 October. This is a new department that comprises of the Internal Communications, External Communications & Public Affairs, Investor Relations, Brand management and Sponsoring teams.
 
Arja Hilberdink-Briggeman has succeeded Jolanda Hillebrand-Tijhuis as managing director of Non-Life as of 1 October. Arja's previous position was that of managing director of Business Support.
 
Fiona van 't Hullenaar has been appointed managing director of Business Support, which includes the Customer Contact Centre, the Payment Centre and Facility Management. Fiona's previous position was that of assistant-director of Programme Management.
 
No decision has been made regarding Willem van der Vorm's new position within ASR Nederland. The succession of Guido Horst at SOS International is also still subject to discussion.

IT: Per 1-1-2011 Guido Horst will be managing director. He is currently managing director of SOS International.
Pensions: Per 1-1-2011 Marcel van der Meulen will be managing director. He is currently managing director of IT.
Communications: Jolanda Hillebrand-Tijhuis is managing director per 1-10-2010. Her previous position was that of managing director of Non-Life.
Non-Life: Arja Hilberdink-Briggeman is managing director per 1-10-2010. Her previous position was that of managing director of Business Support.
Business Support: Fiona van 't Hullenaar is managing director per 1-10-2010. Her previous position was that of assistant-director of Programme Management.
