a.s.r. included in Euronext’s AEX index as per 19 March 2018


As from Monday 19 March 2018, ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) will be included in the AEX index. Euronext, the leading stock exchange in the eurozone, announced the results of the annual review of their main equity indices.

ASR Nederland N.V. was listed on Euronext Amsterdam on 10 June 2016. On 14 September 2017 NLFI, on behalf of the Dutch State, completed the privatisation in a final transaction which increased free-float of the ASR share to 100%. The company is also included in the STOXX Europe 600 index.

The AEX is a free-float market capitalisation weighted index that reflects the performance of the 25 largest shares listed on Euronext Amsterdam, and is the most widely used indicator of the Dutch stock market.
